Students who graduated before 1990 can obtain transcripts and immunization records from our district office:

La Habra High School only keeps transcript and immunization records on campus from 1990 to the present. Requests can be made in person with the Registrar in Room 11.  We are usually able to process your request while you wait except during the summer months.

To request by mail you will need a release form containing the following information:

Year of Graduation
Your Name as is appears on school records
Date of Birth
Telephone Number
Your signature
Number of transcripts you need (official/sealed or unofficial)
Number of immunization records you need
Where records are to be sent (Name, Address, State, and Zip Code)

Please include $5 cash or money order per copy
(we do not accept checks or credit cards).
